As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. This is an individual contributor role (non-leadership) ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys owning their sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across target industries
  • Conduct product demos and tailor pitches based on customer needs and pain points
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline status in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and managing pipelines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with a consultative selling approach
  • Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
