Account Manager (B2B, French Speaking)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with business clients, ensuring their success with the solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth. 

The ideal candidate is fluent in French and Arabic, has a strong background in B2B sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within the Tech or SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
• Negotiate and close renewal contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any challenges or risks.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to improve products and services.
• Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, retention rates, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French, Arabic and English is essential,
• Proven track record of success in B2B account management, sales, or a related field,
• Experience in the Tech, SaaS, or IT industry is a strong advantage,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships,
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to account management,
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
