We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join a Dubai based Travel Tech company.

You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with customers and closing new deals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to help them succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, product, and marketing
  • Monitor and report on the commercial health of customer accounts
  • Establish and sustain long-term, profitable partnerships with key players in the travel industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a related industry in Turkey (Travel technology solutions, B2B SaaS, Bed banks/leading OTAs, Hotel Sales)
  • Familiarity with the workflow of Destination Management Companies, inbound tour operators, or vacation rentals
  • A robust network within the travel industry
  • Proven experience with cold calling
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle
  • Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.
  • Professional to fluent proficiency in English
  • A startup mindset, with a willingness to adapt and embrace change in a tech-savvy environment
