Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in key B2B markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor sales metrics and create detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
