We're looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, understanding their unique business challenges, and positioning our client’s cloud solutions to drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing cloud clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop new business by identifying and engaging potential customers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales engineers to create customized cloud solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up to date on cloud industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in cloud services or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales engineers, support teams, and marketing

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in or selling to mid-size or enterprise tech companies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Technical background or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
