Refund Policy

  1. Employers:
    • Payments for job postings or subscription packages are non-refundable once the service is activated.
    • Refunds may be considered only in the event of technical errors preventing the activation of the service or duplicate payments, if technical errors are not solved in 4 Business Days.
  2. Job Seekers:
    • Premium feature subscriptions are non-refundable once access to the service has been granted.
