Introduction

Welcome to Tech Talent Hub (“Platform”), a global job and talent platform mainly serving the GCC region. By accessing or using our job platform services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

Services Provided

Tech Talent Hub offers the following job platform services:

For Employers

  1. Job Postings:
    • Employers can post job openings on the Platform for prospective candidates to view and apply.
    • Job postings are active for a specified duration, typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the package selected.
  2. Access to Talent Pool:
    • Employers may browse a database of job seekers and access candidate profiles based on their selected package or subscription plan.
  3. Featured Listings:
    • Employers can opt for featured job listings for increased visibility at an additional fee.
  4. Employer Dashboard:
    • Employers have access to a dashboard to manage job postings, view applications, and communicate with candidates.

For Job Seekers

  1. Profile Creation:
    • Job seekers can create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for jobs posted on the Platform.
  2. Premium Services:
    • Job seekers can subscribe to premium features, such as personalized job alerts, resume enhancement tools, etc.

Payment Terms

  1. For Employers:
    • Payment for job postings, featured listings, and subscription plans must be made in advance.
    • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other accepted method as indicated at checkout.
  2. For Job Seekers:
    • Job seekers can create a talent profile on the platform for free. Payments for premium features are due at the time of subscription and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Currency:
    • All payments are processed in AED (Dirhams) or USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise specified.
  4. Invoices:
    • For employers requiring invoices, these will be issued electronically and sent to the email address on file.

Refund Policy

  1. Employers:
    • Payments for job postings or subscription packages are non-refundable once the service is activated.
    • Refunds may be considered only in the event of technical errors preventing the activation of the service or duplicate payments, if technical errors are not solved in 4 Business Days.
  2. Job Seekers:
    • Premium feature subscriptions are non-refundable once access to the service has been granted.

User Responsibilities

  1. For Employers:
    • Employers must ensure that job postings are accurate, non-discriminatory, and comply with applicable laws in the GCC region.
    • Employers are prohibited from posting jobs that are misleading, illegal, or irrelevant to the Platform’s audience.
    • The platform will review and approve job postings, reserving the right to deactivate any that are suspicious, fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading.
  2. For Job Seekers:
    • Job seekers must ensure their profiles and resumes contain accurate and truthful information.
    • Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination.

Platform Usage Rules

  1. Prohibited Activities:
    • Users are prohibited from:
      • Posting offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
      • Sharing or selling data obtained from the Platform.
      • Attempting to disrupt Platform functionality through unauthorized access or hacking.
  2. Account Responsibility:
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Security

  1. Data Protection:
    • Tech Talent Hub implements industry-standard security measures to protect users’ data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of online systems.
  2. User Precautions:
    • Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their devices and avoiding sharing sensitive information unnecessarily.
    • Users can change their profile visibility to “open to public search” or “private/confidential” under settings on the platform. It is the user's own responsibility to manage their profile visibility settings. The platform is not responsible for any sensitive situations that may arise from profile listings.

Privacy Policy

  1. Data Collection:
    • We collect personal information, such as names, email addresses, resumes, and job preferences, to facilitate the Platform’s services. Job seekers agree to share their personal information by the platform and potential employers by creating a profile on the platform.
  2. Data Usage:
    • User data is used for job matchmaking, profile listing, service improvements, and Platform communication.
  3. Data Sharing:
    • Data may be shared with employers and third-party service providers as necessary to deliver Platform services.
  4. User Rights:
    • Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting hello@techtalenthub.io.

Limitations

  1. Platform Role:
    • Tech Talent Hub acts as an intermediary between employers and job seekers and does not guarantee job placement, candidate performance, or employment terms.
  2. No Endorsement:
    • The Platform does not endorse any employer or job seeker and is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.

Amendments

Tech Talent Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and comply with applicable regional regulations.
