We are looking for a passionate Specialist – Supply Chain who will join our team.

The position is located in Dubai, UAE.

What awaits you in this role?

  • Managing supply chain operations including order management, demand planning, supply planning and logistics processes along with any reporting
  • Managing documentation related to customer orders, shipping documents, manuals
  • Preparing SAP documentation related to POs, sales orders, sales invoices
  • Issuing credit notes/debit notes on SAP
  • Coordinating in full procedure of LC opening with Customer and Finance
  • Preparing bank documents related to LCs; preparing documents for LC shipments in accordance to LC terms
  • Preparing Proforma Invoice and other related documents for third party inspection and ensuring success
  • Managing of 3rd party logistics companies for warehousing and domestic distribution activities
  • Ensuring high service levels to customers through strategically designed logistics and order management processes, communicating with customers with regards to schedules, forecasts and expedites.
  • Supporting customers with queries related to cargo after shipment, in-transit etc
  • Brining any known or suspected non-conformance for all company procedures or legal requirements to management’s attention immediately. Maintaining full necessary set of documentation required according to legislation. Making all necessary official communication with customs.
  • Proper storage of customs documents as per the country requirements
  • Reporting - Turnover report for Finance reporting and SAP entries, updating order book, maintaining the order master sheet
  • Ensuring proper usage of SAP transactions along supply chain processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Working Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics area of which 1 years of management, supervisory or team leader experience within supply chain environment is required for this position.
  • Preferably having experience in Home Appliances/Consumer Durable Goods industry/RetaiL

Technical Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Extensive knowledge and experience on Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Distribution
  • Deep knowledge of inventory and warehouse management, customs regulations and international transports, importation, demand planning, budgeting
  • Advanced knowledge of logistics expense management
  • Good command of SAP MM/SD/PO Modules & MS Office applications
  • Analytical thinking, leading with key performances indicators, detail orientation
