Engineering Excellence Consultant (3–6 months)

We are looking for a short-term Engineering Excellence Consultant to help us assess the current state of our engineering practices and propose actionable improvements across teams, tools, and processes.

🎯 The ideal candidate will bring relevant hands-on experience, particularly with DORA metrics (Google) and modern engineering frameworks. You’ll work closely with our tech leadership to benchmark, identify gaps, and help shape a roadmap toward world-class delivery performance.
